These Terms govern your use of VigaNova (“we”, “us”, “our”) for facilitation of Notary, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), and Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) apostille/attestation steps. We are an independent assistance service and are not the Government/MEA.
1. Services & Scope
- Document checklists, filing preparation, queue/slot coordination, and submission via authorised partners.
- Where permitted, acceptance of scanned copies (PDF/PNG/JPG/email/WhatsApp) for printing and submission; otherwise, originals as required by the relevant authority.
- Logistics for secure pickup/return delivery using reputable couriers.
- Facilitated national and international courier dispatch through trusted carriers, with optional premium and insured delivery for original documents.
2. Your Authorisation
You authorise us and our authorised/representative partners to handle, transport, reproduce (print), and submit your documents to Notary, SDM, and MEA as necessary to complete the requested service. If documents relate to a minor or a third party, you confirm you are lawfully authorised to act on their behalf.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and documents.
- Ensure documents are genuine and unaltered. Submission of forged or misleading documents is prohibited.
- Comply with any additional requirements (translations, notarised affidavits, photographs, etc.).
- Promptly respond to clarifications and pay applicable fees/charges when due.
4. Fees & Payments
- Quotes typically exclude government fees and courier/ancillary costs unless stated.
- Government/office fees may change without notice; any difference will be payable prior to submission/release.
- Payment gateways process your payment; we do not store full card details. Taxes apply where required.
5. Timelines & No Guarantee
Processing times at Notary, SDM, and MEA depend on their schedules, workload, and policies. We cannot guarantee specific turnaround times or outcomes. Public holidays, system outages, administrative changes, or additional scrutiny may extend timelines.
6. Third Parties, Couriers & Government Offices
VerifiedApostille coordinates apostille and attestation services through authorised partners, logistics companies, and Government-designated offices. These include Notary offices, SDM, MEA, their outsourced vendors, and both national and international courier companies (such as Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others) for pickup and delivery.
- All courier and logistics partners operate under their own terms of carriage and liability limits.
- We select only reputable service providers, but they remain independent third parties outside our direct control.
- Premium options with insurance coverage, priority delivery, or signature verification are available on request and billed separately.
- When you approve a courier dispatch (national or international), you authorise VerifiedApostille to act as your agent for booking, labelling, and sharing necessary contact or address details with the courier company.
- Tracking numbers and estimated timelines will be shared once the parcel is in transit. Actual delivery time may vary based on customs, holidays, or destination restrictions.
We exercise due care in packaging, labelling, and handover procedures to maintain document confidentiality and integrity during transit. If you prefer to arrange your own courier pickup, please inform us before dispatch.
7. Document Scans, Printing & Disposal
- We may accept scans via secure upload, email, or WhatsApp for printing and submission where allowed.
- Email/messaging apps are third-party channels and may not be end-to-end encrypted by default; use them at your discretion.
- We print only what is necessary and securely dispose/shred prints after use.
- We do not sell or publicly disclose your documents and do not use them to train AI models.

8. Logistics, Insurance & Risk of Loss
Our responsibility ends once the shipment is handed over to a verified courier partner with a valid tracking number. While we coordinate closely and maintain digital logs, we cannot fully eliminate transit risks such as delay, loss, damage, tampering, customs inspection, or force majeure events.
- Standard courier services include limited liability as per their own policies. Clients are encouraged to opt for premium insured courier options (domestic or international) if sending original or irreplaceable documents.
- You may request an insured shipment at the time of booking. The cost of insurance depends on declared document value and destination. Coverage, if opted, is governed by the courier’s terms.
- VerifiedApostille is not liable for courier delays, customs clearance issues, or loss/damage occurring after official handover to a third-party logistics company.
- We recommend retaining scanned copies or certified duplicates of all original documents before sending.
For high-value or time-sensitive shipments, we will assist in selecting the most reliable courier and insurance plan available for your location and document type.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In brief:
- No refund once Notary processing has started (handover/queueing confirmed).
- Before Notary start (physical documents received): refund of 75% of service fee,less any courier/logistics actually incurred; government/office fees are non-refundable.
- Before Notary start (only scanned copies, no third-party costs): refund of 75% of service fee.
- Payment gateway charges, if non-refundable by the gateway, may be deducted.

10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to submit forged/altered documents, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably suspect non-compliance.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on collection, use, sharing, retention, and your choices.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the total service fees you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, nor for delays or actions of Government offices or third parties.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, provision of false/unauthorised documents, or violation of these Terms.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, epidemics, regulatory actions, or service outages.
15. Intellectual Property
Website content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by Viga Nova Green Energy Private Limited or its licensors. Your documents remain your property; we use them solely to provide the requested service.
16. Communications
We may contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp strictly for service updates, clarifications, and delivery coordination. Marketing communications, if any, are sent only with consent and include opt-out options.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of IN (TN-Villupuram). You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of competent courts there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or services. The “Last updated” date above indicates the current version. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
